A Copywriter Turned Author
In 2017, Kristen published Zoo Zen: A Yoga Story for Kids with Sounds True (illustrations by Susi Schaefer). Her book, When Talent Isn’t Enough: Business Basics for the Creatively Inclined (Career Press) was released in 2013. She published Ramen Noodles, Rent and Resumes: An After-College Guide to Life with SuperCollege, LLC, in 2008; and Creatively Self-Employed: How Writers and Artists Deal with Career Ups and Downs via iUniverse in 2007.
In her spare time, Kristen enjoys going to the beach, paddle water sports, spending time with family and friends, reading, and rooting for the New England Patriots. She frequents Starbucks, where she has yet to find a menu item that she does not like.
